About Stardex
Stardex is an AI-native ATS and CRM built specifically for executive search and retained recruiting firms.
We started in 2023 as an AI research agency for search firms. After running hundreds of searches alongside recruiters, we kept seeing the same problem: every firm’s most valuable asset, its database and relationship history, was locked inside software that couldn’t use it. So we built the platform we wished existed.
