Product Update #12

This past month, we focused on improving existing features based on feedback. For features that were almost there but needed some polish, we doubled down on making them work better.

Here's what's new:

1. Send Emails As Another Team Member

If you need to send a sequence on behalf of someone else on your team, you can now do this directly in email sequences. The email shows as coming from them, but you control the messaging and timing. We also support importing your exact email signatures now.

2. Active Candidates View

Your home page now shows a dedicated list of active candidates in the pipeline. You can see the latest activity on each candidate, spot who's been sitting in the pipeline too long without movement, and get a quick overview of everyone currently in play. Super useful for Monday morning when you're figuring out who needs attention this week, or for quickly checking pipeline health without clicking through multiple jobs.

3. Improved AI Campaign Builder

The AI now uses your job descriptions, and intake notes to build more relevant sequence content. You can also pass in additional context to instruct the AI model to generate something more custom to your voice.

4. Update Custom Fields in the Extension

Update custom field right on LinkedIn through the extension, instead of having to go back to the Stardex app. We have also added ability to add people to lists directly from the extension.

5. Manage Job Offers and Compensation

You can now create, edit, and track offers and comp packages directly in Stardex (including bonus and equity comp). We will connect this to reporting as well in the near future. If candidates in a job have compensation details, Stardex AI will generate a report of the average compensation in the "Job Info" tab which is super helpful for expectation setting with clients!

6. Auto-Upload Email Attachments

When candidates reply with resumes or other docs attached, Stardex now automatically uploads them into the ATS. They’ll just show up in the candidate's profile.

Quality of Life Improvements:

• AI job suggestions on candidate profiles with helpful context about why it's a match. (Note: you can turn this on in Settings under "AI Job Suggestions")

• Send rejection emails directly from the "Reject reasons" popup (it remembers your last template too!)

• Improved command+k to search companies and lists

• Job share links now support drag-and-drop to reorder columns for further customization per link
