Product Update #13

Last month, we shipped something we're really excited about: Stardex now works inside ChatGPT and Claude. As far as we know, we're the first ATS to build this kind of integration and we're rolling this out slowly. You can ask Claude or ChatGPT to pull up candidates, add notes, or search your database without even opening Stardex. You'll need a Pro account with either Claude or ChatGPT to use it.

AI Job Suggestions

For firms with 10 or more recruiters working on various IC roles, this one should help match candidates to relevant roles. When reviewing a candidate profile, Stardex will now suggest other open jobs for which the candidate might be a good fit. Helpful when you have a strong candidate who didn't land one role but could work well for another. You can turn this on in your Settings.

Smarter AI Search

We've made some significant improvements to our internal search agent. It's now smart enough to know when to initiate in-depth research versus providing you with quick results. It's also noticeably faster and more accurate. If you haven't tried AI search in a while, give it another shot. You'll notice the difference.

Block Emails to Candidates (and client's employees) on Do Not Contact lists

Stardex now automatically flags candidates marked as "Do Not Contact" and prevents them from being enrolled in email campaigns. You can also mark specific client companies as "Do Not Contact," and Stardex will automatically block emails to candidates that work at those companies. 

Email Lookback Import

You can now pull historical emails from your connected inboxes into candidate and client timelines. You can enable this feature in Settings, and it will take approximately one day for us to retrieve all the email records from your database. You can also do it manually from a person's Profile Actions.

Display Search Statistics + Generate PDFs from Client Portals

Need to send a static snapshot to a client? You can now generate a PDF directly from any client portal share link. You can also display basic search statistics, such as the number of candidates that passed through your pipeline stages, in the client's shareable link. If you have custom tag fields, Stardex will automatically calculate statistics for those fields as well.

Quality of Life Improvements:

• Bulk archive jobs from the Jobs list, including a "Select all" option across pages

• Auto-upload email attachments into the ATS so you don't have to do it manually

• Smarter location filters with region-based search and a "no buffer" option for precise targeting

• Added owner columns across people, candidates, deals, companies, and jobs

• Added the ability to view files right from the extension.
