In February, we spent a good chunk of time improving performance, permissions and audit logging so your team has better visibility into who's doing what. We also shipped some features that should save you some more time in your day-to-day workflow.
AI Compensation Suggestions

When you use "Save with AI" on meeting notes / transcripts, Stardex now pulls out any compensation details from your notes and suggests them for review. You can then use it to generate structured compensation reports across candidates in a job.
Automated Writeups from Notetaker Recordings

You can now add report templates from the notetaker recordings captured by the Stardex notetaker! We've designed this to be similar to tools like Metaview that generate templated writeups and scorecards after a candidate call. It is easy now to share the recording with non stardex users too.
Chrome Extension Upgrades

The extension is noticeably faster now, and you can edit custom fields on companies directly from LinkedIn. It also shows which lists a company belongs to.
Define Different Team Member Roles for Jobs
Want to delineate between who's the search owner, search support and who's sourcing for a given role? We have native team member role support which can then feed into proper reporting.
Bulk Resume Upload

You can now upload resumes in bulk through the import flow. Useful when you're onboarding a batch of candidates
Custom Fields Management

We centralized all custom field management into a new settings area. You can now create and edit custom fields across People, Companies, Jobs, Deals, and Client Contacts from one place instead of hunting around different sections.
Images in Email Editor
You can now insert images into outreach emails when building campaigns.
Quality of Life:
Recently visited pages now show up in the command menu sidebar for quick access. We also improved job search in the cmd-k / quick search popup.
Filter by historical stage reached: This is a big one! You can now find all candidates that were interviewed at some point but are now in rejected or offered stages, for example. Use the "Staged reached" filter
Better control over permissions at a role level.
You can now add custom instructions when regenerating an AI summary (e.g., "focus on leadership experience")
Organization defaults for share links: instead of manually setting branding and rating options every time, set firm-wide defaults.
Want to disable the emails Stardex sends when candidates respond to sequences or daily task reminders? You can now toggle those off in Settings
Submission templates on jobs: create a template in the job info tab, and when a teammate submits a candidate, they'll see the template to fill out the important info
Prevent bot from joining meetings with specific keywords and attendees: you can now block the Stardex notetaker from joining specific meetings, such as interviews between clients and candidates.
