What’s New in Stardex: October 2026

October Product Update | Stardex AI ATS

We've rolled out a fresh set of Stardex updates to help you stay connected with clients, streamline everyday workflows, and keep your data organized. From automated client nurture campaigns and bulk emails to improved privacy controls, reporting, and activity tracking, these new features are designed to make your executive search workflow simpler and more efficient.

Client Nurture Campaigns

Client Nurture Campaigns | Stardex ATS Feature

Client nurture is a campaign type that keeps client contacts warm on a monthly cadence, so you stay in touch between searches without setting your own reminders.

Bulk One-off Emails

Bulk One-off Emails | Stardex ATS Feature

Sometimes you don't need a full sequence, you just need to send one email to a group of people. You can now select people and send a single email with attachments, your signature, variables and optional per-person personalization. It's still sent at a pace your mailbox can handle, so you won't hit sending limits.

Email and Calendar Privacy Controls

Email and Calendar Privacy Controls | Stardex ATS Feature

Choose what teammates can see from each mailbox and calendar you connect. Emails can be fully visible, metadata only (sent/received and when, no subject or message), or only visible to you. Calendars can show full event details, free/busy only, or nothing.

Activity Section Redesign

Activity Section Redesign | Stardex ATS Feature

Notes don't get buried under emails and stage updates. We’d love some feedback on this as we improve this with our designer.

Chrome Extension Supports Outlook

The extension now works in Outlook on the web, not just Gmail. Open any email thread to see who's already in Stardex and add anyone who isn't.

Quality of Life:

  • Offer and fee tracking reports now have bonus and total compensation columns. Bonuses can be entered as a percent of base, and offers have a sign-on bonus field.

  • Win/Loss on CRM Reports: CRM reports now show your deal win and loss rates, the most common loss reasons, and how deals convert.

  • Required Fields When Closing a Job: Reporting on closed searches only works if the right fields get filled in.

  • Embeddable Job Board: You can now copy a snippet and embed a searchable job board on your own website.

  • The candidate activity feed is split into tabs, so notes don't get buried under emails and stage updates.

  • Block Domains from Email Sync: You can now block a whole domain, like a vendor or newsletter sender, so email from anyone at that domain stays out of Stardex.

  • Home KPI tiles can count a specific activity type (calls, emails, etc.) for any teammate over any time window.

  • Client share links: leave internal notes and @mention teammates during a live client review.

  • Bulk reassign task owners, plus a due-task count on the Tasks sidebar item.

  • Campaign emails now include an unsubscribe link, and you can block whole domains from email sync.

  • Person search can filter by activity owner and date, and matches language from interviewer scorecards.

  • Search people by who logged an activity and when, so you can pull lists like "CV submitted in the past week" or "no call in the last 30 days.”

  • Market Mapping, now with external search: The map can now search beyond your own database to fill gaps at your target companies.

  • Smaller touches: pick a font for PDF reports, warning in bulk enrollments around candidates in existing campaigns, candidate exports include experience and scorecards.
