Stardex Sub-processors

Stardex uses a small number of trusted third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to deliver our platform. This page lists all current sub-processors that may process personal data on behalf of our customers.
This list is maintained in line with Section 6 of our Data Processing Addendum.
Get notified of changes
We notify customers in advance of any changes to our sub-processor list. To receive updates, email support@stardex.ai with the subject line "Subscribe to sub-processor updates" and include your company name.
You'll receive an email notification at least 30 days before any new sub-processor is engaged, giving you time to review and raise concerns per Section 6 of our DPA.

AI Model Providers
All AI providers below operate under zero-retention agreements. Customer data is processed in real time and not stored by these providers after API requests complete. No customer data is used for model training, fine-tuning, or improvement.
